Registered Massage Therapy

Registered massage therapy (RMT) services are offered at our two clinics in downtown Toronto, both accessible through the PATH. Our registered massage therapists have significant training and have engaged in extensive post graduate courses to be able to provide the most comprehensive treatment plans possible.

They utilize therapeutic treatments that include both relaxation and deep tissue techniques, so whether you are suffering from muscle tightness, tension from overuse and/or stiff joints, our downtown Toronto Registered Massage Therapists can help you.

Registered Massage Therapists are healthcare professionals that are regulated by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. They use a variety of hands on techniques to manipulate the soft tissues in your body (muscles, connective tissues, joints, tendons and ligaments) in order to provide therapeutic relief, decrease your pain and optimize your health.

Massage therapy can aid in the recovery of injured tissues and overused muscles in the body. In addition, RMTs can compliment other forms of therapy including physiotherapy, chiropractic care and acupuncture by speeding up the recovery process and preventing future re-injury.

Why choose one of our Registered Massage Therapists?

At Integra, our Registered Massage Therapists are highly skilled and continually participate in extensive post-graduate training to remain relevant and up to date in their field with advanced techniques. Our RMTs take the time to understand your specific issues and focus their treatments on your problem areas to give you immediate and sustained relief. The massage therapists utilize a combination of deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage and other myofascial techniques that are best suited to your condition. Some of our practitioners may also even provide acupuncture and cupping as part of their treatments.

In addition, our RMTs collaborate with the other health practitioners at Integra Health Centre in order to help facilitate a faster recovery. All of our therapists take prevention seriously and are here to improve your overall health and well being.

Our clinic is conveniently located in downtown Toronto just steps away from King subway station and Union station. We are at the corners of Bay & King as well as King & York and connected to the Toronto PATH system.
