Yuliana attended Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto, Ontario. Completing her studies as a RMT was her first exposure to the public and private healthcare and she does not want to stop learning about medicine. Through her studies, she had the opportunity to participate in massage therapy research, outreaches, and placement sin university health networks hospitals. Working with chiropractors, acupuncturists, and physiotherapists, she has had first hand experiences in working with pre and post sports massage, infant massage, multiple sclerosis, posture imbalance, headaches, acquired brain injury, disc herniation, low back pain, paralysis, and prenatal massages.
Yuliana has a keen interest in expanding her knowledge on myofascial release and lymphatic drainage. She believes that massage therapy is a very effective way to prevent chronic aches and pain and to promote healing and well-being. Yuliana’s massage treatments utilize a combination of myofascial release, trigger point release, neuromuscular techniques, acupressure points, soft tissue mobilization, and Swedish massage.
