Sana Motlekar, MSc RD is a Toronto City based Registered Dietitian and nutrition expert / coach. She obtained a BSc in Nutrition from Queensland University of Technology in Australia. She then completed her Dietetic Internship and Masters of Dietetic Studies at The University of Queensland in Australia (2013). She is also trained in Ashtanga Yoga ( 200 hr YTT, 2014).
Sana provides evidence-based nutrition counselling through an individualized coaching approach centred on a client’s unique needs and goals. She works closely with her clients to empower them to find a patter of eating that will support their mental, emotional and physical well being. Her core mission is to help people develop the fundamental skills for long-term behaviour change.
During your sessions with Sana, she will help you curate an eating plan that takes into account your goals, budget, lifestyle and food preferences. She is well versed in various cultural cuisines and will ensure that your cultural dietary needs / restrictions are reflected in your personalized eating plans. Sana will coach you to develop and master skills which include learning how to stay motivated, dealing with hunger & cravings, practising good eating habits. She will teach you how to navigate and plan for special occasions or a night out with family or friends.
