Pawel is a warm-hearted, compassionate and friendly psychotherapist who allows for meaningful and trusting relationships to develop, which help conversations stream in a stress-free manner.
He believes that the happiest, successful and healthiest people are the ones who can adapt, grow, remain flexible and resilient during times of adversity. Everyone has barriers and challenges which push their limits and beyond, which is why he advocates for resiliency above all else. It is all about finding and tapping into the right “motivation” which drives us all. Psychotherapy is an excellent way to do so by improving and re-establishing your overall health.
Pawel’s previous work background includes diverse training and clinical experiences in both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings. He has also worked in schools, teaching at the College level, community mental health programs, daycares, sports camps and through wellness seminars and conferences.
Pawel is a lifetime competitive athlete, having played ice hockey at the College level and tennis at the Provincial level. Pawel is also an anti-Leaf fan and watch every game, making sure that they lose and never win the cup (So far so good!)
