Connie Lee
As an interactive psychotherapist, Connie provides individual therapy to adults and engages collaboratively with her clients with compassion, warmth and directness as they work together to identify, explore and set goals related to the presenting issue. Connie empathetically supports her clients through their healing process from a strengths-based, culturally sensitive and anti-oppressive lens. She views therapy as a tool to enhance the skills and strengths that people already have and is clinically trained to provide evidence-based treatment strategies that promote health and well-being.

She is also trained in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Coaching techniques. She has helped people with Work and Emotional Stress, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Self-Esteem, Relationship Issues, Goal Setting and other challenges.
