Aneta Dzienniak
Aneta offers individual talk therapy to adults and brings warmth, empathy and patience into each interaction. Using evidence-based treatments that promote well-being, she works collaboratively with her clients to explore their unique circumstances and develop a plan to address specific issues. Aneta aims to make therapy a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental space where the healing process can take place. Practicing through a strengths-based and culturally sensitive lens, she tailors her approach to fit each individual’s diverse background.
Aneta is uniquely positioned to understand the demands of a high-paced career, drawing on 11 years of experience in the corporate world, she offers career and life coaching in addition to therapeutic services. She uses an integrative model, understanding that no one framework fits all needs, but primarily works from a Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Emotional-Focused (EFT), Compassion-Focused, Mindfulness-Based approach. She is also trained in Existential, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative, and Trauma-Informed techniques. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem, grief and trauma.
Aneta has a deep passion for understanding the human condition. She is dedicated to helping clients resolve overwhelming thoughts and feelings, achieve their personal and career goals, and develop coping skills. She understands that each person heals on their own terms and she would be humbled to facilitate this journey for you.
