Von completed his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Guelph-Humber where he specialized in Accounting. During this time, he worked as an Accounting Intern and gained experience in handling day-to-day financial transactions. Von also completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College. He finished his work term placement as an Administration Trainee and has since gained experience in handling tasks in a demanding environment pertaining to personnel documentation.

Von believes in creating a more positive work culture. By helping in recruitment efforts, collaborating with the team, and promoting diversity and inclusivity, Von aims to promote an engaging work culture to achieve optimal results from all the stakeholders. In the future, Von plans on taking the CHRP designation to focus on continued professional development in human resources. In his spare time, Von likes to stroll around the city and take pictures, try new restaurants and cafes, and watch movies and shows.
